Just had to put these tips for ya'll. Hope it helps!

• The Exam will last for about 2 hours. 1 hour for accreditation and the other hour for the actual Exam
• The Screening Exercise will hold at the University of Uyo, Town Campus and Town Campus Annexe on the specified dates.
• Examination venues will be displayed at the gates.
• 100 questions will be set in the Exam, 25 questions from each subject. Each questions will carry 4 marks
• Forget not your Four (4) recent passport-size photographs on red background (same photograph as the one used for the on-line registration)
• Ensure your name and signature written on the reverse side of your passport
• Priority should be given to those subjects you are best at. (Consider speed  + accuracy)
• I know I said the duration of the Exam is one hour but stories has been told of departments whose booklet were collected 40mins into the Exam. Be sharp
• No GSM handsets, calculators or any other extraneous materials should be brought into the screening halls. 
• The Result of the Exam will be released sometime in late september.
• Just because you're an aspirant does not mean you should take advice from any Tom, Dick and Harry who happens to be a student of Uniuyo already. Learn to think for yourself.. 
• 20554 is the Akwa Ibom state emergency number. Stay safe!

The University of Uyo 2013 Aptitude test will be written on an OMR sheet. 
The Optical mark recognition (OMR) is the piece of paper on which your Exams details and answers will be entered on that day. Handling the OMR sheet incorrectly can fail you. Follow this guidelines below to while handling the Uniuyo Post UTME OMR sheet(Answer booklet).

•  Make sure your name and Jamb registration number are correctly shaded
• While shading, Ensure you shade the small rectangles completely
• Use HB pencil (Seriously, Use HB)
• Mark your Answer only in the appropriate space against the answer number corresponding to the question you are answering.
• Do not not rumple, fold or squeeze the sheet.
• Do not press hard on the sheet while shading the answer.
• Ensure the OMR sheet is completely flat at all times.

How To Get UNN Post UTME Registration Scratch Card Nationwide

The UNN Post Utme Scratch Card can be obtained from any branch of Zenith Bank Plc, and United Bank of Africa Plc, in the major cities of the Federation, and the University of Nigeria Micro-Finance Banks at Enugu and Nsukka.

The cards are sold in the banks at the rate of N2,000 plus a bank service charge of at least N100.

How To Use The UNN Post Utme Scratch Card

We have continued to get complaints from different persons having issues with the UNN Post Utme registration Scratch Card. The common error message they get while trying to use it being “The Access code supplied is not VALID. Please check the Access code supplied and type again.”
This problem is usually a result of the wrong usage of the card. The card which may be in the format PUME-xxxxxxxxxx is expected to be used exactly how it appears. That is, you are to input the PUME followed by the hyphen(-) then the numbers all together without spacing. E.g. for a card with this pin PUME-5091111223, you are expected to input PUME-5091111223 and not 5091111223 or PUME5091111223 or PUME 5091111223. I hope this helps.

- Submit the online application form and print out a copy of the examination
schedule slip.
 

Note: (i) The same passport photograph used for the online registration will be used during the Screening Exercise and for registration after the offer of admission.
(ii) No complaint of wrong Bio-Data or blank photograph will be entertained after submission.
(iii) Candidates who up-load wrong bio-data will automatically be disqualified.

Federal Polytechnic Nekede Post-UTME Cut-off Mark for 2014/2015 admission is out. The FEDPONEK Post UME screening exam dates have not been announced. These will be communicated to candidates in due course. This was contained in the 2014/15 admission advert published by the Polytechnic.

What should I bring to the Uniuyo Exam Venue

Candidates are required to come for the Screening Test with the following items:

1. Four (4) copies of the University of Uyo 2014 ON-LINE registration form duly completed with the passport-size photograph printed in colour. Note:  Only colour printout will be accepted.
2. 2014 JAMB (UTME) Result printout
3. Four (4) recent passport-size photographs on red background (same photograph as the one used for the on-line registration) with the name, UTME registration number and signature of the candidate written on the reverse side of the photographs.  These should be packaged in quarto- size envelope and labeled with name, department and JAMB registration number.
4. HB pencil, eraser and sharpener.

Warning: No GSM handsets, calculators or any other extraneous materials should be brought into the screening halls.

Venue: The Screening Exercise will hold at the University of Uyo, Town Campus and
Town Campus Annexe on the specified dates.  Examination venues will be
displayed at the gates.

Only candidates who had complied with the registration procedures already outlined
will be allowed to undergo the Screening Exercise.

The journey of  Post-UTME aptitude test exercise of the University of Uyo may be traced down to the year 2005. Uniuyo commenced its Post-UTME exercise the same year Post-UTME kick-started in Nigeria. Then, it was the administration of oral interviews to intending candidates who had chosen

The examination kick starts in the morning, usually by 8 a.m., with screening of registered candidates who must have obtained coloured printouts of their UNIUYO, Post-UTME aptitude test registration slips, together with passport-size photographs, pencils and erasers, excluding electronic devices of whatever manner.

After all registration formalities had been completed, the post UTME exercise would commence, and this lasts exactly one hour (1hr), without addition of even a single minute. Most candidates who are not conversant with basic examination preparation prerequisites usually get caught-up here. Except for last year where we experienced elongated delays due to several technical challenges and the ASUU strike which worsened the whole situation, the 2014 edition of UNIUYO, Post-UTME aptitude test it is hoped would not take too long a time for the result to be released. Once released, it would be made available on the school’s website. It is usually not pasted on the school’s notice boards at any of the school’s campuses. UNUIYO hosts about five campuses in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

After some time, the UNIUYO, Post-UTME aptitude test, 2014 would be released for candidates to ascertain their admission stand. There is always offer of supplementary admission for candidates whose name did not appear on the merit list. Of course, this year there is no option of second choice admission by JAMB, so if a prospective post utme candidate does not see his/her name on the UNIUYO, Post-UTME aptitude test, 2014  merit or supplementary list, then he/she must consider the other alternatives provided by JAMB.

Payment of acceptance fees by the newly admitted students (no more candidates) commences in earnest afterwards. For the time being, this is N20 000. The fresher’s would then have to wait till the new academic session resumes before they can be screened, authorized to pay fees and recognized as legitimate students of the University of Uyo community on issuance of Registration Numbers. They are now free to partake in regular academic activities in the school.
